Chris Cole
Hey everyone, so last time you heard me talk about Nyjah Houston and why he was liked/disliked with the skateboarding community. Well now I bring to you another skater who is also liked/disliked by the skateboarding community . The name Chris Cole ring a bell? Well he’s a 40 year old American skateboarder who is well known for having a very stiff skateboarding style.

The thing about his skateboarding style and skateboarding videos is that he doesn’t miss a trick. His whole persona is to be the best of the best. That is why he has that nickname “Cobra Cole '' kind of like that similar name with Cobra Kai from karate kid.
He usually just films when he lands or he posts only the ones with good takes, and some people don’t like that anymore because it makes the person seem robotic almost. People like to see the whole set up for the tricks and then watching the person fail a time or two before they see the trick being landed.

Another thing was his “style” is what people didn’t really like. They don’t really like his style because as said it’s really stiff. Some people’s styles are a little more free and have momentum in comparison to his which just sticks to the movement of the trick and that's kind of it. There’s no cool sense of flow or style. It’s just the trick plus the stunt and that its, it still looks cool sometimes because of the stunt and that's about as far as one can go. But personally I like him and his style even if it’s stiff. I love his stair jumps especially as well since the gaps are so big. I also really like to watch his flatground because regardless of his style he can still pull out a lot of tricks that are up his sleeve. Which I would say is what really counts.
